How have you found this during this time?
My elderly relative keeps being discharged home after being admitted as an emergency, the communication has been dire, they keep changing their mind as his oxygen is low, discharge info is non-existent, (letters missing, GP unaware, as well)

The Office for National Statistics says patients in England and Wales may not be being admitted to hospital or they are discharged earlier than usual

In comparison, pre-covid another elderly relative in a similar position was given a check to make sure they were Ok to go home, including a physio assessment to make sure they could walk up stairs, wash and dress, and liaison with family...
none of that is happening now and I am unsure if it is just our local hospital or others had experienced similar.
