Any tips?
I have some sessions coming up next month, restarting in person after a Covid break when everything has been via Zoom etc.
The room is large enough for 2m+ distancing between delegates, we have sorted arrivals, toilets, refreshments, resources etc. Risk assessments done and agreed.
But...
The room is not very well ventilated and we will be in for 6 hours, although I will encourage a walk outsude in the 30 minute lunch break. I am now worrying that we will be together too long.
The days cannot be runas I would usually run them, with lots of small group discussion, paired work, movement into diffrent intrest groups etc. I am planning 10 minute sessions where delegates will turn and talk together, but it feels repetitive in structure and limiting.
Have any of you already returned to face to face training? What have you found works?
What do conferences look like in the time of coronavirus!?
