I don’t think it’s that remarkable, sorry. It’s just the basics for infection control.

It does seem that we have learnt very little from previous pandemics, the second wave of Spanish flu was worse than the first but yet here we are with people cramming onto beaches, packing children back into schools and the government offering people half priced food to get them back into pubs and restaurants!
