Is France on the isolation list yet?

My daughter is 13 and she has gone to France with her dad for two weeks, they arrived on Thursday.

Yesterday I heard that they may have to isolate when they come back if the government decide to put France on the list.

I'm not sure how this would work though, he lives 300 miles away from me, I meet him halfway for drop off/collection for holidays. She is due back on the 24th August, and I would collect her.

Should she do the two week isolation with him and his wife, or me. If she comes back to me, do I have to isolate as well?

She will have been gone for 3 weeks and I can't bear the thought that it could be 5 if she has to stay with him. But if that's the rules so be it.

He's a great dad so I've no concerns, but I want her back, plus she's due to go back to school first week of September 🤨

What does the news say?
As far as I know (am not in the UK) it's Spain and Belgium been added this week.

It's not on the list yet, so at the moment she doesn't need to isolate. It if is added, as I understand it she will have to do 14 days quarantine stating at one address, it could be your house and I don't think you would have to isolate as well.

She would have to isolate but it can be at your house, and you wouldn't have to isolate too unless either of you developed symptoms.
