Really hope that right now someone is designing a national pub table booking app

I’m quite happy with the rules of booking table etc but what a faff having to find each pubs Facebook/web page to find out how they’re doing things and their various ways of booking. I just want an opentable/book a table whatever it’s called so it’s all simpler

Presumably most pubs (that serve food) will use their usual booking apps anyway. And the ones that don't will probably just have to do phone bookings.

If I wanted to go to a pub I'd want food too, so I would just book as normal - either via Opentable or similar or their own booking system.

I didn't actually realise you could search generally on Opentable, I usually go to the pub first and then find they happen to use it, rather than the other way round.

Opentable doesn’t exist in Northern suburbia I’m only aware of using it in London, but I’m hoping it’s planning on making a mint and becoming a national thing
