Why don't I ever receive my covid results by text

I've had covid test 3 times due to mass testing and being a keyworkers and each time, I never get my results via text like everyone else. They all get their results via text but mine is the only one that has to be chased up on the phone. I have asked them and they said they don't know, they repeat my number which is correct. Am I doing something wrong?

I don't think anyone here will know the answer to be honest. I got mine within 24 hours by text and email.

I've always had both a text and an email.
