These are 2 separate legal cases. If either of them wins, it may lead to a deluge of prosecutions. See crowdjustice Simon Dolan and crowdjustice coronavirus act.

They sound like a right bunch of twats.

Gammonati at its best.

Is there a readable objective sounding summary of the legal points they are trying to argue their case on?

Yes. It is all explained on the crowdjustice page.

"Our Government Has Destroyed Our Country!"

is not a calm legal assessment. But heyho, I'll read on.

flack · 22/06/2020 19:41

ok, so the gist so far is...

No proof that SARS-CoV-2 causes COVID19.
(Claim) that tonnes of deaths are being attributed to COVID19 without proof.
Lack of due process, lack of Parliamentary scrutiny to enable the powers
misuse of 'Enabling Act' that gave govt Draconian powers
(claim) that the rt-PCR tests are 'rigged'
lack of peer-review models that informed policy
running counter to WHO advice (they claim)
insistence that contact tracing is illegal, sinister, violates civil rights

There are other points, but those are probably the things that I think they will try to push as their legal basis for challenge.

I do appreciate the plain English. I can't read legalese in the raw.

Why Is he trying to raise money for a court case? Isn't he minted or something?

@ArbitraryNameChange

Why Is he trying to raise money for a court case? Isn't he minted or something?
Initially, Simon Dolan was going to pay for the whole thing himself, but then other people wanted to take part.
