Loss of smell only symptom?

That really, had a test last night. Only presenting symptom complete lack of smell.
Hoping results arrive soon, just wondering if many only had this as symptom and got a positive?

No idea OP, but I was told by a HCP friend that it was considered a clincher of a symptom, and anyone who has been ill with anosmia has pretty certainly had it.

But I guess that's applied anecdata (surely not enough testing was done for this to be properly evidence-based view) so it'll be interesting to see if anosmia can be sole symptom of a raven tested case.
