Scotland, will travel restrictions be lifted on Thurs?

Just wondering if anyone knows if the travel restrictions are relaxed on Thursday too? I know it's 5 miles at the moment.

5 miles is only guidance anyway.

When can we travel to England or England to Scotland?

I'm pretty sure there's nothing in law saying you can't except there's nowhere open to stay yet.
In England I think they've made it legislation that no one can stay overnight in your house but there's no such law in Scotland. It's against guidance but legally there's nothing to stop you.

I don't think the plan is to change the 5 mile guidance until phase 3.
