The royal mail tracker said they were delivered. I thought it was meant to be 72 hours not nearly a week. Does anyone have any ideas of how to chase this?

Is this the test to see if you currently have Coronavirus or an antibody test?

Test results for active Coronavirus are generally back within 48 hours.

This might sound totally obvious BUT did you register for the results online before sending?

My DH's Covid test results hadn't arrived for 4+ days so we were looking into chasing them when I asked him to double check the paperwork that came with them.. turned out he hadn't registered!!

Luckily he managed to register late despite the samples having already gone, he then revived a text with results 20 mins after registering.

covetingthepreciousthings - I think that's a no to having registered Wink

Ha! No I didn't register Blush and I found the right telephone number (119) to call eventually. DP got his 20 mins after I called but I'm still waiting for mine. Confused

Oh no, it's so easily done though! Hope you've got it sorted now Smile

Hi OP,

When Royal Mail collected your sample, what happened? Did you have to speak to the courier or would I be okay leaving the package in my porch?

MrsWombat · 14/06/2020 07:35

I've still waiting for mine!

@Mnthrowaway20202 They knocked on the door and I handed them to him. I don't think there would have been a problem if we'd left them in our porch though.
