If pubs and restaurants were to open mid-June, do you think all staff will be back or some still furloughed?

Some still furloughed. Only those big enough to achieve social distancing could open, meaning less customers, less staff. Some couldn't open at all as it won't be viable. Mid June is a bit ambitious though.

If restaurants are operating at half capacity due to social distancing (which is optimistic as most office space is operating at 30% capacity) I can't see how they will need more staff - they will either be furloughed or made redundant :(

I don't think all restaurants will be able to survive this financially

Shops are opening with reduced staff so some still on furlough, doubt it would be any different in pubs with reduced capacity.
