What's in your emergency food delivery?

I have the same things delivered every week and am wondering what other people get. The council have told me not to cancel it as otherwise I'll lose my priority supermarket slots so I'm using what I can and giving the rest to the food bank. I always have 3 tins of Heinz tomato soup in my delivery and a can of tuna that's in a clear bag with sachets of tea and coffee. Baked beans, chopped tomatoes, pasta, rice, potatoes, carrots, loo roll, soap, mini cookies, apples, satsumas, UHT milk, a loaf of bread. The first two weeks I had lynx shower gel so I've given that to the food bank. We get little hotel type shampoo now and mini soap. Usually there's Cheerios but today it's microwave porridge.
What's in yours? .Does it vary or is it mainly the same each week?

It’s interesting that your council told you that. I assume arrangements vary a lot depending on location.

I am on the shielding list and getting priority supermarket deliveries but not getting food parcels because I don’t need them.

Before the first parcel was due someone called from the shielding helpline and asked whether or not we needed it. We said we didn’t, but something went wrong and the first one still turned up, but we just told the delivery guy to give it to someone else who needed it instead and clarified that we didn’t need it. They haven’t tried to deliver any others.
