Painful fingers and feet post-suspected mild covid?

Convoluted title, but - I am convinced OH and I had mild covid in March.

My sense of smell still hasn't returned, so I can taste very little.

Over the last few weeks my fingers (especially right thumb) and toes have become very painful. Hot, burny, tingly, feeling swollen and stiff and a bit clicky.

No discolouration / purple areas (which I understand are being called 'covid toes'.)

Anyone else getting this?

You can get post viral arthritis which sounds similar.

Have you had any antibiotics? I've lost the feeling in my legs, feet & hands, it was a reaction to antibiotics called neurotoxicity.

No antibiotics, only paracetamol.
