Could this be coronavirus or just anxiety?

I keep being sick on a morning after waking. Almost like morning sickness but I have the implant and have had a negative pregnancy. I feel fine at around lunchtime but dont have the appetite on a morning. Im worried its coronavirus even though I don't have the usual coronavirus symptoms they ask for to get a test - temp/cough/loss of senses.
Could it be anxiety about coronavirus? Or something else entirely?

I highly doubt it’s coronavirus but being sick every morning should be investigated! Other illnesses haven’t stopped & it’s not normal to be frequently sick..give your GP a call!
