Has there been any change to advice for the vulnerable but not shielded group?

Apologies but I can't find anything so I assume not, but the PM only mentioned that shielded people need to continue to shield.

Those people over 70 and the flu jab group, are they still supposed to be isolating or they included in the new guidance about visitors in the garden etc (from Monday)?

The Times said the over 70's were included in the 6 people in a garden thing. I'm unsure if they can start doing other things as yet like their own shopping
