Can I come out of hiding?

Hi, looking for some advice. Please be kind. I had symptoms of covid-19 and was advised by NHS24 to self isolate for 7 days, and the whole family to isolate for 14 days. I have also been tested for it and I’m waiting for results to come back. My 7 days self isolation is up tomorrow, although I’m still feeling pretty rough, albeit mild compared to some. My husband and kids are all fine and don’t show any symptoms. Can I come out of hiding now and be with my family within my household and continue the last 7 days of the 14 days isolation with everyone at home? Or should I wait until results are back to see if I can be with them again? Thanks, hope you’re all keeping well x

I am a cowbag & never would have isolated myself within the household so probably not person to ask -- for god's sake just hang out with them now. You've done your bit already.

Unless this advice (see pic) has been rescinded, you can come completely out of isolation if you are symptom-free. But if you are still feeling rough you may want to give yourself another day or two of rest, which you won't get if you rejoin the family.
