On the verge of many of us being asked to go back into work, studies like this are deeply concerning. More research clearly needed, but a worrying sign. There is a link to the full academic paper in the article.

That will be down to the sticky blood that covid creates. Placenta issues are common with people whose blood is predisposed to clotting.

Bump again. Noone seems interested in the clotting side of things, they are all hung up on the vit d angle.

That kind of insidious effect is deeply concerning. Everybody seems focused on short term death rates, but am personally much more worried about the disease triggering potentially long term ill health.

Me too. So many people on these boards mocking the "young and healthy who are afraid of this", and more and more is coming to light about the its true effects. Who knows what other consequences we haven't even discovered yet.
