Will the car parks open on Thursday? (Scotland)

So I'm very excited about the changed coming in this week in Scotland. I don't live in a scenic area so out walks are dull as dishwater. However the parks near us (within 5 miles) have had their car parks closed since lockdown started.
Is there instructions or guidance for them to be opened? DS is only 6 months so he'll be in his pram so it's easier if I can park nearby.
Last week people moved bollards at Strathclyde park and the police had to move them on.

I hope so. Same with us - live near the coast but not near enough to walk to the beach. All of the car parks are closed. Really missing a beach walk which we do 2 or 3 times a week with the dog. Fingers crossed.

Oh I'd love to go to the coast, we lived by the beach for years. It was great, we're far too in land for that just now though but we have some decent country parks.

Any changes made this week won't come into force until Friday. It was announced at the press briefing earlier.

Oh well, I'll leave it until after the weekend then, don't want to go out when it's too busy.
