King Cross Station - are the toilets open?

Does anyone know if the toilets are open in either Kings Cross or St Pancras mainline stations? I need to go through there this week and will need the loo!! I have googled and even sent an email but no answer. Thanks!

This refers to additional deep cleans in toilet areas so suggests they’re open I think. www.networkrail.co.uk/communities/passengers/our-stations/london-kings-cross/
