Stated by Dr Jennie Harris at the briefing this evening - I felt a bit like this got sidelined what with all the Dominic Cummings stuff this evening, but it seemed like quite a big deal to me as previously it appeared SAGE/PHE/NERVTAG have all been reluctant to agree with this statement (despite it being the WHO position for a number of weeks).
Im hoping this will develop over the next few weeks to assuage some of the concerns around schools reopening, and daring to dream it might result it less restrictive measures being needed in the schools/nurseries/preschools.....
