DP refuses to isolate

Last couple of days I've felt unwell.
Quite short of breath and terrible chest and upper back aches intermittently. I've also a dreadful headache, horrible taste in my mouth and a dull toothache.
I live with anxiety.
DP refuses is isolate saying there's no way it's coronavirus and my symptoms are all because of my anxiety and the way I've laid with regard to my back, stress etc.
I really struggled today even making my DC their lunch and keeping things ticking over.
I'm at the end of my tether.
How can I make him see sense or am I overreacting?

Well, those are the symptoms that require self isolation

If you had those and he wouldn’t do so then he’s a dick but otherwise he’s not really doing anything wrong.
