Hi All, I'm Alice. Recently I've been really concerned about the mental health of my kids. Didn't know how to correctly address the Coronavirus situation to them. Do you have any tips on how you addressed that without scaring them completely?

I came across this blog with some tips incase anyone is looking to reassure their kids right now. (www.thaoss.com/blog/english/6-ways-to-talk-to-children-about-the-coronavirus-without-scaring-them/) Really important topic to address . I now tried to have my kids write down and draw out their thoughts and feelings about the current situation, from which a really good discussion resulted. Can 100% recommend ;)

My kids are teenagers so have an understanding themselves. They know they can ask me stuff and we’ve had discussions about stuff they’ve read that may or may not be true. They aren’t worried about any of it though just fed up of not seeing their friends.
