Does anyone know if the toilets are open in main London train stations?

Stations like Waterloo or London Bridge? I know toilets have been closed on parks etc but wasn’t sure about stations. Thanks!

Just giving this a bump as I am wondering too - particularly Blackfriars and Charing Cross.

My mother has to go very out of area for a medical treatment due to Covid closures in her area. She won’t manage if there’s no use of bathrooms at the station or on trains.

Information on National Rail mentions deep cleans in toilet areas, more soap etc which suggests they’re open www.networkrail.co.uk/coronavirus/

The ones at Victoria apparently are.

Thank you Janet.

I had to go into work last week - the toilets in Marylebone were open in the morning (so about 8.30am) but shut the following Thursday PM so about 6pm. I woudln;t count on them being open.

Ash, that’s what I’m thinking, there’ll be staff availability issues too.

Wiifitmama · 18/05/2020 14:22

Thank you. I read that link as meaning the toilets on trains not in stations. But I think you are right that I can’t count on it.

I wonder if they may have a disabled loo available on request, that a member of staff can unlock if asked to, just to reduce the numbers using the loos and the cleaning needed. Complete speculation but might be worth calling ahead to ask.

Cottaging? Dont forget social distancing
