'Early' Symptoms and Antibody test

I know you can pay privately for an antibody test... But has anyone who had 'early' Symptoms, ie felt shit, cough ect in January for example... Taken a test and been positive?
It seems to me that for the massive numbers ' they' are saying could potentially have had it, it would require some of that number to come from early infections.

Does that make sense?!!!

My friend who was convinced she had it in January had a private test last week and the results were negative. Friends who thought they had it in March (and had the key symptoms) tested positive. All in London.
