Its just so stressful at the moment, I came back from MAT leave on Monday and have just been thrown back in at the deep end.

Hi Op , i have worked all the way through from the start ( community carer ) and it's tough out there .Go easy on yourself .It is tough anyway coming back from mat leave let alone a pandemic to boot . I do have days when i feel pretty stressed but i work with a great team which help .Make sure you allow some time for yourself just some breathing space.
