Will that work? I am in London but do you think the a Scots will heed a different message? It must be because the daily deaths in Scotland are not going down like it is in the rest of the country so I do feel some sympathy for Nicola here. How is it going to work?

England, particularly London, peaked a good couple of weeks before anywhere else.(is that also the reason for the Rnumber being a range?) So not surprising regions may need to wait before t taking their first steps

It should work, perhaps the new sloggan should say in England, as NI, Wales and Scotland are still using stay at home. However after Boris's announcement, which was to the English lish but deluvered as if to the UK who knows 😂😂 and those who don't like Nicola may be ignorant enough to choose to follow Boris even though they live in Scotland.
