SUMMARY:
Police approached the protesting mother (presumably for 'social-distancing' violations) and it appears that she did not comply with one or more request(s) for information/ID and/or instructions to 'move on' or disperse. Chaos ensued. Police then arrested woman, separated her from her child - whom was shown as being held/detained by one of the police involved.

The 'laws' which have been hastily enacted by many nations are (argued / believed to be) in contravention of existing international laws / treaties. Detention of hundreds of millions (the far majority of whom are healthy) in their homes is unprecedented, illogical, socially/economically/emotionally destructive, and in contravention of UN UDHR:
"Article 9.
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile."
Global population of 7.7 billion, with 99.95% ('official' / stretched data) uninfected and 0.05% (5-in-10,000) reported as infected - with tests which are largely inappropriate (by type), and known to be unreliable.

Does this data justify, in law or logic, detention of hundreds of millions in their homes for +/- 6 weeks (after allowing infected travelers to circulate for almost 1-month before merging infected with uninfected), in a government ordered 'lock-down'/detention, and then start arresting people whom begin (peacefully) protesting against illegitimate and illogical 'laws'?
