Anyone else not sleeping well? last light I had another nightmare and woke up feeling rubbish. I dreamt I was stood in the road and a speeding car mounted the pavement and missed me by inches. The car behind it had to brake suddenly and the passenger was thrown into the road. Horrible.
All day I've had aching knees and back. Generally waking a lot through the night.
( I used to sleep through). Our son is also driving me crazy as he's often waking really early - 4am this morning - and then talking to himself
