Do iceland/norway/sweden/finland etc take vit d and cod liver oil and or supplement these in their foods?

Which countries routinely take cod luver oil and vit D.
And which fortify their foods.
Uk only seem to put it in some cereals and some margarines

These countries eat a lot of oily fish.

My sister lives in Norway. In the winter months (October not about April) they all take vitamin D supplements

I think some of those countries fortify their foods, pretty sure Sweden does.

Unless its changed since I lived there Sweden does not make a big deal of Vitamin D except for babies where drops vitamin D drops are given daily until the age of 2.

I used to live in Iceland and pretty much everyone I knew took a cod liver oil supplement. The diet is also very fish based.
