Best multi vitamins for a family?

I’m on the hunt for a decent multivitamin that is suitable for myself, my partner and my 76 year old dad!

Everything I’ve found has only small amounts of the recommended doses (vit d etc) and it’s all just a bit mental!

Also, really can’t have any huge pills as they make me gag!

Citrum multi vitamin chewable...but in reality it should be tailored to your individual needs.

Yes I've noticed multivitamins have fairly low vitamin d, but people have a wide range of standards on the issue. How much are you looking for?

We take a centrum chewable multivitamin, plus extra vitamin C, D and magnesium (both me and ds suffer from joint aches and this is supposed to help).

I take Centrum Multigummies (Adults - obviously). They're orange shaped and flavoured. I also take an additional gummy bear iron/Vit C (Novomins).

The best vitamins you can get are ones you enjoy taking, and I love these ones. They're my lunchtime pudding.
