Antony Cuomo's briefing today

Wow, only happened to see this as I was watching Boris first. Cuomo was amazing and NY has an amazing track and trace plan which they've developed and are going to make free to the rest of the world.

At least, that's what I gathered as I tried to make the tea!

I didn't see it today but I have watched his briefing several times. I think he is brilliant, very impressive and makes our lot look very amateur.
