Very occasional dry tickly cough should I be concerned

So I have a cold. I have begun to get a very intermittent dry tickly cough. Not persistent or continuous. Feel a bit of heaviness in my chest. No breathlessness. No temperature. Feeling a bit fatigued. Still taste and smell things. Is there anyone out there's who's had it and had something like this? No one else in my family have symptoms.

If you’re not that ill why would you be concerned. If it’s regular and continuous self isolate until better

I had this, but did lose my taste and smell. Still haven't got it back fully.
I didn't have a temp either. I got tested and was negative, but they took ages, roughly two weeks to let me get tested (nursing home but not NHS so not important enough....whole other thread) so potentially too late to test positive.
