Can anyone help with Edenred and the food vouchers??

I have dc at two different schools. Eldest was great and they provided backdate food vouchers from 24th March and send them each fortnight for £30 via text and one click and you have the code instantly. (NOT edenred!)

My youngest school I haven’t even got one yet. Had an email from Edenred last week saying here’s your first one but I can’t redeem it!! Just sit in a virtual queue and don’t get anywhere. Iv tried so many time’s. The school emailed yesterday saying they can access the system either to generate this weeks codes and will possibly just go back to giving out free packed lunches which I can not accept (lots of reasons). Anyone able to offer any help or tips?

I was awake yesterday morning at 5am so did mine then. I queued for about 1 minute.

What system does your eldest's school use? I'm curious as my school is also having problems with Edenred so I'd like to offer an alternative. Maybe suggest this to your youngest's school too?

Very late at night seems to work the best.

Just went through... that was 1.5 hours!! Other school use Hugge. Honestly been amazing and back dating them to beginning of the lockdown! They have been such a life saver for me right now that I’m gutted youngest ones school look like they won’t provide them anymore..... of course I’m greatful to have them from one school for sure, really helps as I’m now not working!
