What, if anything. is keeping you relatively sane during this time?

The only thing keeping me from getting emotionally low is having routine. Much more so than I used to. Maybe it's a control thing I don't know. Every Friday we have an online games night and every Saturday I have drinks on a zoom call with my friends. We never used to have a Sunday roast much but now we do at the same time every Sunday.

What things are you doing to keep sane/happy/in control?

Planting flowers in pots, growing seeds and planning what I’ll do to the garden when we can buy materials is really helping too.

Still working (NHS) but in office some days, at home some days.

I run every day anyway, but now I am doing it every evening with dd (home from uni) which is nice

Housework routine so I still know what day it is

I'm busy actually, v busy at work, but of course the evenings and weekends are slack, so it's good to have a structure.

Really missing my swimming tho.
