It's quite hard to understand why he said it. Possible options..... 1. He's really, really thick and genuinely believes injecting disinfectant will help. Having a president this thick is a worry. 2. He just says the first thing that comes into his head without filter. ADHD-ish. Having an impulsive ADHD-ish president is a worry. 3. He's having a laarfff. Having a president who jokes about stuff like this is a worry. 4. He's mentally ill and lost the capacity to critically evaluate stuff. President with demential / cognitive impairment is a worry. 5.
