I was on a COVID-19 webinar this evening where a world expert in international law and health said that EU countries that are hosting refugee camps could be committing atrocity crimes if they deprive refugees of access to adequate medical facilities. I thought that was pretty interesting given the squalid condition of the camps. Optimistically, this will prompt the host member-states to improve the infrastructure or for the EU to resettle the refugees.
