So I managed to get a Sainsbos delivery slot, I have a health condition so must be on their list now. Had a full weekly slot plus bits for two different elderly friends/neighbours. I went to check out with 5 mins before the cut-off time but the app has crashed so i couldn’t complete the checkout process. I’ve been on hold to sainsburys for 30 mins and my call has cut to a weird ring tone. I’m not sure whether to stay on the line or if they’ve basically cut me off. Anyone had this happen?
My baby will be up in the night and I really need to go to bed but also need to sort this out. Will they allow me to check out tomorrow instead? I have an evening slot for tomorrow.
