I work in the NHS so I should know better really....over this weekend I've had a few spells of feeling a bit flushed (but temp is all over the place between 36.8 and 37.5 - so not even high) a bit headachy and a sore 'burning' windpipe (rather than throat!) - it's actually pretty mild and wouldn't stop me from doing anything and also disappears for a few hours then comes back. I had it yesterday for a bit but was fine this morning....then it came back again this afternoon. I've just coughed 4 times (again, a throat tickle - nothing special!)....at any other time I wouldn't think about it.

It's really mild. But I'm due back at the hospital tomorrow. I can get swabbed easily enough but obviously can't go in tomorrow until that's arranged. It doesn't fit the NHS advice of high temp or continuous cough though so might have a few eye rolls......

Fingers crossed for you bambinis

It’s always this time of day when I start to feel fluey-aching and sore back, hands go cold but face gets hot 🤷🏽‍♀️.

I'm on day 7 (have posted on lungs thread) and it's honestly been truly horrendous. Noticed I was feeling off last Tuesday as couldn't keep my eyes open and feel generally unwell. By Wednesday, felt atrocious. My main symptoms have been: weakness, absolutely no energy (to the point I've had not been able to get out of bed and have needed support going to the toilet), heart palpitations, a warm back (like someone has rubbed deep heat in), dizziness, no appitite, minor sore throat. I feel like I've been poisoned. I've never felt so poorly. 111 have said it sounds like I've got it. I have spoke to them twice, and my GP once and have felt very alone.
