What Zoom/online exercises are you enjoying right now?

I was doing Zumba twice a week and Pilates in a class once a week before the lockdown. Obviously these can't happen now and the dance classes I tried online didn't work very well but my Pilates studio managed to put all the classes online and they have worked really well. I'm doing Pilates 6 times a week now from home which has helped my back massively as it was starting to seize up. In fact i prefer doing them online as i dont even need to leave the house now!

Wondered if anyone else had any recommendations for exercising that is working for them, and happy to give details of my Pilates classes if anyone is interested!

My yoga teacher moved her class online, it's brilliant.

Popsugar fitness on YouTube have tons of free fitness videos that are great fun.

I think enjoying is too strong a word, but I am doing a couple of on demand online classes from my gym. I usually use the gym for its pool so am very inexperienced with classes but they are easy enough to follow.
The gym has frozen our payments.

I have always wanted to enjoy yoga and tried it a couple of times in the gym but felt a bit of an idiot because I didn't know what I was doing. Doing it online at home is great because I don't feel self conscious. I am also doing a Kettlebells class and pilates which I do anyway. Before this happened I hated exercising at home but have completely changed my mind now.

Been doing yoga pretty much everyday, just searching you tube for videos. Have managed this even with 3 kids in the room. Would never have considered this beforehand!

Have also found the 7 minute workout sections good to do with the kids as it matches their attention spans!
