Hi all,

Please forgive me for perhaps not being 'in the know' but I've stopped watching lots of media around current climate as I found it was really not doing me any good. Very aware of how serious this virus can be.

So, I have a 7 week old baby. I've been self isolating (unintentionally at first before this got to the level it is now, I just didn't feel up to taking him out early on) so haven't left the house much since he was born. I know some reports say it doesn't affect babies as badly but in my mind that's not a definite and I'm so scared to risk his health.

I'm due back at work in October, wanted to do KIT days but now putting these off as I work in a job where social distancing is not possible. DP starts being an 'active' police officer in a few weeks after training from home, this obviously puts him outside, around other people and so I was wondering if there's any extra precautions to be taken at home for us in light of this as I'd be worried about him bringing something home?
Again, sorry if sound naive or un informed!
