Seriously you won’t be getting more memberships with the amount of schools opening/it’s all the teachers fault threads on here.
Put a limit on them, it’s not censorship it’s making your site more interesting.

OP posts:
Hg30 · 15/04/2020 18:37

Agreed

BooseysMom · 15/04/2020 18:37

Hear hear!

PineappleDanish · 15/04/2020 18:54

And here you are with another one...

loobyloo1234 · 15/04/2020 19:23

Yessss. Please. It’s really tedious now

Nquartz · 15/04/2020 19:42

And it is all speculation! Apart from Wales anyway

refraction · 15/04/2020 19:44

Hear Hear

Rhianna1980 · 15/04/2020 19:44

So when do you think schools will reopen? GrinGrinGrinGrinGrin

JoyceDivision · 15/04/2020 19:45

Agree! You can expect the worst and hope for the best, and that's it at the moment.

MarshaBradyo · 15/04/2020 19:45

Yep. We still don’t know, no one does not even the schools.

Iateallthecookies000 · 15/04/2020 19:54

But will they do anything about it..?

OP posts:
MonkeyToesOfDoom · 15/04/2020 19:54

Ive never seen so many parents ready to risk their kids health tbh.

Appuskidu · 15/04/2020 19:56

Completely agree, OP.

I was considering making a post with links to all of them to show just how many there were!!

I don’t think there has been as many posts since lockdown on the same 1 subject!

Quiglet · 15/04/2020 19:58

Personally I think it’s a new form of GFerism/trolling that’s going about 🤷🏻‍♀️

42isthemeaning · 15/04/2020 19:58

👏👏👏 Thank you!!!

CalleighDoodle · 15/04/2020 19:59

This should be in site issues surely? Report the thread get it moved and it might get more attention.

SteeperThanHell · 15/04/2020 19:59

My children will probably be fine - they will probably kill my husband though if they pass it on, and my youngest is terrified that he might be responsible.

And I agree by the way!

teaandajammydodger · 15/04/2020 20:01

Agree!

At least make a topic just for that question!

ChloeDecker · 15/04/2020 20:02

Hear hear! But they won’t do anything about it as it generates lots of clicks for them.

Devlesko · 15/04/2020 20:03

Maybe just have one thread pinned at the top, then when it's full start no2 and so on.
Any others started, deleted.
They all say the same thing, so you could post at anytime and not be derailing Grin

FuckThisWind · 15/04/2020 20:05

Absolutely. We are all trying to make sense of this. But I made my peace with this whole situation months ago, and pretty much wrote off our summer. If anyone else tries to tell me that schools might go back in May or June, then i shall tell them to fuck off. Because I'm a carer for my Mum who is extremely vulnerable with cancer and lots of underlying conditions. Even if the schools were supposed to go back tomorrow, our situation would prevent that.

Appuskidu · 15/04/2020 20:05

At least make a topic just for that question!

Yes-a subforum within the Coronavirus forum?!

CalleighDoodle · 15/04/2020 20:06

@appuskidu I was thinking about going through all the god damn threads and putting all the different things people have complained about, just to show the ridiculousness of it.

Too much work set / not enough work set. Too much contact from teachers / not enough contact from teachers. I want schools back open now / how dare they consider reopening schools before a vaccine! Why is my year 11 child being expected to still work? / no work seT for my year 11 child? And the cheekiest fuckery of them all, why should i pay the remaining school fees?! wtaf?! And on and on and on.

Then i remembered i actually have a lot of work to be doing.

Appuskidu · 15/04/2020 20:08

Then i remembered i actually have a lot of work to be doing.

Me too!

I do think it would do some people good to actually see a list of all of the threads that have been started in the last couple of weeks.

Sugarfreejelly · 15/04/2020 20:10
