Have Asda stopped allowing customers to amend orders?

As the title says. Tried to amend an order due Saturday, they have the message that you are allowed to amend 2 days before. However the change order has gone.

You have to wait until two days before delivery. We have one coming on Thursday so I was only able to edit it from today.

On my last Friday order I could only amend mine in the 48 hours before my delivery and they advise you only to make one change.

Try on the app and on the website. As last week I could only amend it on one and other.
They are asking to only amend once. And 2 days before instead of up until 10pm night before

Ah ok, phew. Was thinking wouldn't be able to amend at all. So if it's due Saturday 12.30-1.30 I can amend Thursday after that time until 10pm?

You just answered you own question.

2 days before Saturday is not Tuesday.
So you'll be able to amend it on thursday

I have a paper list so I can amend that, and then just amend the actual Asda once iyswim.

Mine has been allowing me to amend it all week on the app. I obviously haven't tried to check out but have just been adding things as I think of them.

WreckTangled the app lets you now, but if you let it update it will stop as they have made a change. So keep it as it is for now.

You can change it from any time on Thursday, up until 10pm Friday night (rather than the usual midnight). We found the changes quite tricky to understand at first, but I did mine this week after 3 different misinterpretations. Eventually got it right!

You'll want to wait anyway, I had to substitute a whole load of things the night before. Even then by the next morning there were 10 items substituted or just not turning up. It's not ideal. J understand they have issues with supplies but I can't see how that much can change in a matter of hours and if I'd known I wasn't getting those things I would have chosen alternatives.

I've not had any problems updating any of my orders on the app. I hate to think how many times I changed today's order. Just checked and I can amend any of the next 3 orders that are showing on my account

I’ve had an Asda delivery every week and that message has been showing for a couple of weeks but I’ve been able to amend my order all week as usual.
