WIBU to say I want a refund of the months pass cost as I haven't been able to use it!

I had a refund for March and they are not charging me for April and onwards. Did you not get an email from Dave?

I don't think it's petty, no. I'm on disability benefit. Every penny counts. Why should a multi million pound company get money for something I'm not able to use?
