Relaxing rules for those aged 20-30 only initially

What do people think about this?
I can see a number of issues with this in my workplace.

Are they planning to reopen pubs bars etc or simply allow 20-30 year olds to roam around freely? I can't quite grasp what the actual plan is reading in the press.
I would be angry if this was allowed though. I'm only just outside the ages but I think it's it right to select by age?

I completed a YouGov survey an hour ago and this was one of the questions, so someone somewhere is considering it, presumably.

Obviously the end of lockdown will have to be a gradual process of some sort, and there is probably high-level disagreement on how it would look.

I am 30 but have two children, a toddler and a newborn. So I suppose even if I was in the allowed to go out group I wouldn't be able to anyway, at least not while my husband is at work. I don't necessarily think it's a bad thing to lift the restrictions in phases though.
