Are clothing banks still operating?

I have loads of stuff for the clothing bank, but not sure if they are operating at the moment. Our nearest is next to a supermarket which we don't usually go to, but will do our next shop there if the clothing bank things are still going to get rid of all the bags.

Does anyone know?

No and the metal clothes bank 'bins' are overflowing.

We're all decluttering it seems.
