Tesco slots; am I missing something?

My parents are both in their 80's and are self isolating. Both have asthma and my mother has a heart condition. I was a little surprised that they were not put on the most vulnerable list.

I did manage to get them a Tesco's slot 3 weeks ago but I haven't managed to get another one. I've stayed up until midnight on ten occasions. On the last four occasions I'm put in a queue around 11.50pm and when I get access to the site, between 12.08 and 12.28, all the slots are gone.

I've read today that Tescos has increased the number of its delivery slots but they say also say that they give priority to the most vulnerable. Has anybody got any of the available slots that are released at midnight? Could I be doing anything different?

Many local councils are helping vulnerable people access food (delivery slots/through community groups) so please try there if you are still struggling.

There is no way anyone would be able to do this without explicit permission.

We...the form is giving them permission to share info with supermarkets etc, you are giving them permission if you read the print.

Try Asda at 10pm.

My mum has a delivery saver with Tesco, I’ve been staying up till midnight every night to book her future slots
Sometimes takes till night 3 to get one but we’ve managed however my mum has a lot of medical issues and is housebound
Her gp sent a letter last week confirming she is severe risk so Tesco have now added her to priority, the slots appear in the day but you can’t book specific times, it’s 10-6 or 2-10, think you get a message on the day confirming your actual slot
As a pp says slots do appear around 240/3am from people booking them at midnight and forgetting to check out

Ds is on the vulnerable list and still we haven’t been able to get a slot with Tesco until 3 weeks time so being on the list isn’t some sort of guarantee. Only Tesco have contacted me though which is odd given that’s 6 miles away and ASDA is half a mile away!
