If we were "starting lockdown" from scratch, what changes would you make as a household?

Buy more flour?
Hoard more toilet rolls?
Take the DCs out of school earlier?

Or something completely different?

I would have fostered a dog

  • garden screening
  • garden furniture

I'd have possibly taken the kids out of school a bit earlier, we did take them out 3 days early, but I wish I'd trusted my gut instinct and taken them out a bit earlier.

I'd have also bought exercise books, a printer and art supplies.

I know I could still order them now, but they're not really a necessity, so I feel guilty if I order them.

However I may end up ordering the exercise books as we do need some to keep track of what we're doing school wise.

Change jobs, away from being frontline staff for not more than minimum wage.
