I do need to do something for strength rather than cardio. I'm a bit of a cynical old bag so nothing too happy clappy. For some reason i find routines really hard to follow so something serious but simple

I recommend the Joe Wicks senior one. Just 10 mins a day.

I do Pahla B on youtube. She does no nonsense exercise for 50+ women. In 23-28 minutes, there’s plenty of strength ones.
Warning - she talks the whole time but I like this as it distracts me plus some of it is motivating and she explains the menopause and exercise.
