High-pitched noise (Wheezing?) when breathing out.

Started having high-pitched noises when breathing out, have had a cough last few days. OH thinks I need to consider ringing 999? Should I?

It would be 111 for mild corona symptoms, there's an online version here : 111.nhs.uk/covid-19/
