To order a takeaway during a pandemic

Anyone else doing it? Obviously its still an option for us but is it the most sensible thing to do? Me and my oh finally caved and ordered a pizza from a fresh place I walked past as I saw they were making the food from a pop up tent and it looked pretty hygienic, however when the lady came to deliver it she didnt leave it at the door like we hoped and my oh had to go collect it straight from her hands! How safe is it, are you guys risking it for a quick meal in ?

In London. We have a takeaway usually once a week on average. We got one tonight, partly because we couldn't be arsed to cook, partly because kids were asking and partly to make it feel like a weekend and different to a weekday. All
The deliveroo drivers are doing no contact delivery and it's paid in advance. You can add the tip in advance too so no need to hand over cash. I hope it will keep some places in business and keep people in work.

Take it out packing and give it extra blast in microwave.

Someone knocked my door tonight and when I opened it there was a guy delivering a takeaway (wrong address). He was wearing a face mask with filter and gloves up to his elbows. That alone would affect me enjoying a nice takeaway, so I won't be ordering until this is over.

On our fb they seem to be very busy as people are posting complaining about 2hr delivery times etc.
